  • The following information is for those who would like to make a donation in Sarah's name, or anyone else who has become an organ donor, to the Donate Life Rose Parade Float.  For more information, click on the link on the top of this site.

     



    You may honor a donor, recipient, candidate or another loved one touched by donation through any of four Family Circle packages for individuals and families:

    The Family Circle Rose Bud: $25


    • A rose with the name of your loved one or honoree in the Family Circle Garden
    • Thank you card acknowledging your dedication


    The Family Circle Rose Blossom: $50


    • A rose with the name of your loved one or honoree in the Family Circle Garden
    • Thank you card acknowledging your dedication
    • A personalized certificate recognizing the gift of a loved one or honoree
    • A replica of the vial placed in the Family Circle Rose Garden


    The Family Circle Rose Bouquet: $100


    • A rose with the name of your loved one or honoree in the Family Circle Garden
    • Thank you card acknowledging your dedication

    • To dedicate your Family Circle rose, you may choose from two options:

      • Order online by clicking here, or
      • Download an Order Form as a PDF file or Word document and mail to Donate Life Float Family Circle, 221 South Figueroa Street, Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90012, or fax to 213-229-5601.

    • Your rose dedication must be received by December 15th for delivery by Christmas.
